My background spans vivarium and lab operations, capital projects, facilities, safety programs, business development, and cross-functional team leadership. I’ve managed complex programs, renovated and built new vivaria and labs from the ground up, partnered with scientists and executives to unblock development roadmaps, and created high-performance teams known for trust, clarity, and accountability.
